Cut a large cutlet from the turkey breast, and season. Spoon the paté into a bowl, and mix with pine nuts, eggs and breadcrumbs. Layer the prosciutto over the meat, spread the mixture on top, and roll.
Wrap the roulade in greased foil, and bake in a baking dish with a little water at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Serve cold with herb sauce, or as a main.
