Clean and chop the onion, fry in olive oil, add the garlic, cleaned and chopped, cool, and mix into the paté. Add the cheese spread, parsley, oregano and pepper, and salt to taste.

Clean the mushrooms, remove the stalks, and place the caps top down in a baking dish. Season and stuff with the prepared mixture, top with the grated parmesan and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.

Tips

Serve as a warm starter on rocket or sliced radish, dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
