Valamar Riviera and Hrvatski Telekom are the winners of the second and third prize, respectively.

Transparency and responsibility

The award was received by the Head of Investor Relations Department, Ivana Barać, who took this opportunity to thank the colleagues who are working diligently in order for the business results to be presented to the investors.

“We are one of the first companies that have implemented the high standards of corporate governance. At present, we are the only company whose shares are listed on the Prime Market, the elite quotation of the Zagreb Stock Exchange that requires a higher level of transparency”, she emphasized, taking the opportunity to hail the project of the Zagreb Stock Exchange and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for creating a new Code of Corporate Governance.
