Include Everyone! award This means that for us, involvement in all kinds of diversity is part of our normality. Out of nearly 500 employees, half are women. Women occupy 68% of management positions. A total of 23% of employees are under 40, and the same percentage are over 55.
We believe that diversity enriches and strengthens us, since we are at our best when we succeed in linking together the skills carried by bold, youthful energy, with the depth and breadth of experience among older people, when we combine a pragmatic approach, which can be ascribed more to men, with the proverbial sensitivity of women, when we weave into a powerful web cultural, ethnic and religious diversity, as well as a good dose of unique personal styles.
