Ingredients:
400 g flour
1 sachet baking powder
1 tsp salt
350 ml beer
120 g butter
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Melt the butter on low heat or in a microwave.
3. Mix half of the melted butter with the flour, baking powder, salt and beer.
4. Place the mixture into a greased 20 cm bread baking tin.
5. Pour the rest of the melted butter over the dough.
6. Bake beer bread for 50 minutes at 180°C.
7. After baking, leave it in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer it onto a cooling rack and allow it to cool completely.
