Get creative with our three-course meal challenge

Reading time 2 min Share

Tired of the never-ending dilemma of what to cook the next day? Sometimes we just need a creative kick in the posterior, and no, we don’t mean a kick from a Michelin star chef or even a culinary professor. We’re talking about a small kick, a cute one that sometimes causes us to stumble and fall. It can be loud, and sometimes even makes us cry, but at the end of the day, it’s the kick we love the most.

Who should provide this creative kick?

Why not let our children kick and guide us in our quest to break the culinary creative block we’ve somehow managed to burn into our heads. Really, is there anyone better to take over the utensils and, if even for a moment, remind us that the imperfect can be just that, perfect in its joyful, untainted and free-spirited state of mind.

So, what are we going to be doing?

First of all, we’re going to be making crazy, fun and genuine memories with our kids.

The point of this exercise is to let go. Sounds simple, right? You’re going to let your child do all the work on this one, let him or her be your sous-chef and chef. And because every exercise needs a challenge, your child will have to incorporate Argeta products into the meals.

Your child is going to be preparing three different meals: breakfast, an afternoon snack, and dinner. We provide you with the basic food group selection for each of the three meals. All you have to do is to decide which produce you will buy and how much of it, your child should than make up his Chef Junior’s recipe:

Breakfast:

  • Fruit
  • Dairy

Afternoon snack:

  • Protein
  • Vegetables

Dinner:

  • Grain

Since there are no bad ideas, we would like to invite you to share your child’s culinary masterpieces with us. Send photos and the recipes your child created to [email protected], and remember to always stay in touch with your inner child.
