Ingredients
- flour400 g
- baking powder1 sachet
- salt1 tsp
- beer350 ml
- butter120 g
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Melt the butter on low heat or in a microwave.
Mix half of the melted butter with the flour, baking powder, salt and beer.
Place the mixture into a greased 20 cm bread baking tin.
Pour the rest of the melted butter over the dough.
Bake beer bread for 50 minutes at 180°C.
After baking, leave it in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer it onto a cooling rack and allow it to cool completely.
